	Rosen College Undergraduate Information To help guide the success of this program, the college has an advisory board consisting of leaders from all major areas of the industry. In response to the industry's evolving expectations, the college collaborated extensively with the board to develop an educational program which combines practical work experience with a comprehensive classroom curriculum. This combination yields graduates who have the managerial, leadership, and technical skills to effectively lead the hospitality industry into the future. The college also houses the Dick Pope Sr. Institute for Tourism Studies offering our students a resource for learning the most current and up-to-date information regarding the hospitality industry. 			Florida community college students in an AS program in Hospitality Management should apply to the Rosen College statewide articulated AS-to-BS program. Students majoring at UCF in other majors are encouraged to pursue a Minor in Hospitality Management.
	Our challenging curriculum is designed to help students develop a thorough understanding of what it means to manage a guest service oriented organization and why their guests make the choices they make. Students are strongly encouraged to select one of the following concentrations: • Financial Management and Technology • Vacation Ownership Resort Management • Golf and Club Management • Lodging Management • Theme Parks & Attraction Management • Tourism Management
