Career Services offers a complete range of services and resources to assist students with their overall career development. We are dedicated to helping students determine career goals, acquire lifelong career skills, conduct successful job searches, and succeed in the workplace long after graduating from the Rosen College.

Career Services offers resources for students in all four phases of the career development process: 1) Self-Assessment 2) Career Exploration 3) Developing career skills necessary for success and 4) Completing a successful job search.

Career Services works in conjunction with Co-operative Education at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management to provide comprehensive career assistance for students at all stages of career development. Each semester, Career Services hosts a wide variety of hospitality employers that recruit students and recent alumni for permanent job opportunities. On campus recruiting is an excellent opportunity to learn about and interview with companies.

Representatives decide when they will visit the Rosen College, the number of interviews conducted, interview schedules and who is interviewed (if doing a pre-select schedule)

Students are encouraged to thoroughly research employers before interview sign-ups to ensure they interview only with companies that truly interest them. It is highly recommended that students attend employer information sessions prior to interviews when they are offered.
