Tiffany Greenis joined the staff of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management as Assistant Director of Campus Life/Fitness Coordinator in the Summer of 2004. Prior to joining the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Ms. Greenis worked under many different capacities for many UCF Departments, such as Admissions, Housing & Residence Life, and the Career Resource Center.

Tiffany earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from the University Of Central Florida in 2003. Prior to receiving her Master’s degree, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida in 2000. She is very committed to UCF and enjoys her position very much! Tiffany has also taught classes on the main campus and teaches fitness classes in her spare time for LA Fitness.
