Shanna Dodimead is an Admissions Officer at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She recently joined the team in December 2006. Prior to working for the Rosen College, she worked for the Marriott Village in Lake Buena Vista, as a front desk supervisor for two years. She trained newly hired associates to enhance the quality of customer service. There she also cross-trained in various departments such as food and beverage, and housekeeping.

Shanna is originally from Perry, Florida, and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management from the Rosen College in May 2005. Throughout college, Shanna worked in several fields of hospitality, including in restaurants, as a catering supervisor and even as a lifeguard at Disney’s Blizzard Beach. She is very excited to have the opportunity to represent the Rosen College and to promote programs that she believes in.

Outside of work, Shanna enjoys being outside on the water. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
