Peder
Hagglund is the Food Production Laboratory Manager and an
Adjunct Professor with the Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
Originally from Sweden, Peder graduated in 1994 from Les Roches,
a Hotel Management School located in Switzerland. Peder moved
to the United States and earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in 1995 from Endicott College in Massachusetts and a Master
of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University
of Central Florida in 1998.
Peder oversees Rosen College’s food and beverage labs
and instructs food preparation courses. Prior to joining our
team, Peder was the Room Service Manager at the Walt Disney
World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Director of Restaurants at
The Galt House Hotel, and Assistant Director of Food &
Nutrition with Morrison Management Specialists.
Peder is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Hospitality Education
at Rosen College.
