* One2One Meetings with leading scholars
One2One meetings with leading scholars sessions are a unique opportunity for graduate students to meet editors and leading scholars in the hospitality and tourism field and talk to them one-on-one about their research projects and academic careers. Each student will have a maximum of 15 minutes with each session closing timed. The obtain maximum value from the limited time, it is strongly recommended a student be well prepared to readily convey his/her research idea/proposal, and have a precise question (s) to focus the discussion with the scholar.

You may request in advance a reserved time for meeting with a specific scholar by sending an email to gradconference@mail.ucf.edu . You may only reserve one (1) time slot in advance across all sessions and scholars. Upon arrival at the conference, a student will have an opportunity to request/sign up for another session with other scholars on a space available basis.
