CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 

Conference registration and submission of payment is a two step process, and incorporates a single account creation and login to be utilized for conference registration as well as the paper submission and review process. We are utilizing the University of Houston’s software created for the 2007 Conference. The personal data from that conference has been retained in the system, including your login email address and password.

Please click on the below button to create a new user account or to log into the UH server. (Note: you may also access the log in screen through the ‘Call for Papers’ link)

If you are using your previous login email address and password, once you have logged in click on the ‘Personal Information’ link and update any changes to your contact information. Then click save.
 
b)
If you are creating a new account, follow the instructions to create your account.

SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION PAYMENT FOR THE CONFERENCE

Once you are logged into the system, please click on the ‘Register’ link and follow the instructions, to include downloading a PDF file for submission of your registration payment via FAX or mail.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Please continually check the ‘Our Sponsors’ link for updates to our sponsors’ list. Sponsors significantly cover the cost of the conference, enabling the registration fee to be held to a minimum.

a)
The 2008 Graduate Research Conference registration fee is US$120 for students and faculty from  sponsoring institutions.
 
b)
US$180 for students and faculty from non-sponsoring institutions.
 c)
Your registration fee includes a copy of conference proceedings and meals. Registration fees less $50 will be refunded if cancellation is received by 5 P.M. on November 30, 2007. No refunds for cancellations received after this time will be provided.
