The mission of Eta Sigma Delta is to encourage scholastic achievement and to foster the advancement of teaching, learning, research, and practice for individual development through its various activities.
Future Theme Park Leaders Association (FTPLA)

To develop future leaders for the theme park industry by providing educational and networking opportunities.

Golden Knights Wine Society (GKWS) The Golden Knights Wine Society’s goal is to educate members about the importance of wine, and proper service of wine in a real world enviornment. GKWS is dedicated to increasing wine appreciation by providing wine education, wine information, and wine training.
Graduate Hospitality Association (GHA) To serve as a forum where graduate students can enhance academic study, industry experience, opportunities for career development, networking, and social activities within the Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
Hospitality Association (HA)

To facilitate networking amongst hospitality association students, hospitality management professors, and hospitality industry contacts.

Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMAI) Student Chapter To establish a successful career in the Hospitality industry by providing networking opportunities which offer sales and marketing knowledge and professional guidance.
National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) To foster connections between students of the University of Central Florida and professional members of the Orlando chapter of NACE. Through this association, students will have the opportunity to learn, observe, and participate in the catering industry, affording them valuable learning experiences that will contribute to development of their careers.
National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH) To dedicate itself to the development of intensive programs for increasing ethnic minority participation in the field of hospitality management. These programs will be initiated both within and outside the university community and will serve to strengthen relations between the professional industry and the minority community.
Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) To serve the association community by enhancing the effectiveness of meetings, conventions, and exhibitions through member and industry education and to promote the value of the meetings industry to the general public.
Student Cruise Industry Association To educate students interested in the hospitality industry about trends, opportunities, and overall awareness of the cruise industry.
