Tammie teaches Principles of Resort Time Sharing, Vacation Ownership Resort Sales Tactics and Strategies, Managing Hospitality and Guest Services Organizations (Graduate) and Introduction to Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism Management. She hopes to bring a unique perspective to teaching based upon her varied background. Tammie’s research interest is motivationally based in the areas of heritage tourism and time share management. She is hoping that by better understanding the needs and wants of the customer agencies will be better able to market to and plan for a growing population of consumers. Tammie has eight years of university teaching experience and has publications is the following journals and textbook: Advances in Hospitality and Tourism Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, Cornell Hotel and Restaurant Administration Quarterly, Developments, Encyclopedia of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Education, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Tourism Analysis, and Tourism Review International.
