Ray, instructor, joins us from Bethune Cookman at Daytona
Beach, FL where she was a F & B Instructor. She attended
North Carolina A&T State University. She has 20 years
of experience in the foodservice industry in the capacities
of teaching, food service management, catering sales and
guest relations. Her specialty is in catering, food garnishing
and presentation as well as product development and sensory
analysis.
