Siriporn McDowall, assistant professor, earned her Ph.D. in Foodservice and Hospitality Management from Kansas State University. She was an Assistant Professor at Black Hills State University and an instructor at Bangkok University in Thailand. In addition, she spent many years as a general manager at a conference center. “I believe the Rosen College of Hospitality will provide me with the opportunities to become a specialist in the Event Industry and to further develop my research skills.”
