Kim Severt, received her Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University in Hospitality Management. Her industry experience includes Pharmacy Retail Manager, Special Events Coordinator and catering/dining manager. “I love teaching and watching students develop and grow personally and academically. I feel blessed to be a part of the Rosen College. It is more than a beautiful building, it is a place where lives change, passions for the industry grow, friends for a life time are made, and traditions are forming before our eyes.”
