Cheyenne has joined the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2007 as an assistant professor. She is currently teaching Guest Service Management and Management of Hospitality & Guest Service Organizations. She earned her Doctorate in Hospitality Management and Master of Applied Statistics from Pennsylvania State University, Master of Science in Hotel Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Bachelor of Science in Geography from Kyung Hee University. Her research emphasis is on services marketing, specifically, consumer complaining behavior, consumption emotions, and service recovery.
